By accessing or using LOVAFIX ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LOVAFIX is a software tool that:

• Scans code repositories for localization and translation issues
• Provides automated fixes using artificial intelligence
• Creates pull requests with suggested corrections

3. User Accounts

3.1 GitHub Authorization

To use paid features, you must authorize LOVAFIX to access your GitHub account. By authorizing, you grant us permission to:

• Read repository contents for scanning
• Create forks and branches
• Submit pull requests on your behalf

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Free Features

• Repository scanning
• Issue detection and reporting
• Report export (JSON, CSV, Markdown)

4.2 Paid Features

• AI-powered automatic fixes
• Pull request creation
• Pricing is displayed before purchase

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

4.4 Refunds

If we fail to deliver the promised service (e.g., pull request creation fails due to our error), you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit repositories containing malware or malicious code
• Abuse the free scanning feature (rate limits apply)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your code and repositories. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit for scanning.

6.2 Our Service

LOVAFIX, including its code, design, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.3 Generated Fixes

AI-generated translation fixes become your property once delivered. You may use, modify, and distribute them freely.

7. Privacy and Data

7.1 Repository Access

We temporarily clone repositories for scanning purposes only. Repository data is:

• Processed in memory or temporary storage
• Automatically deleted after processing (within 1 hour)
• Never stored permanently or shared with third parties

7.2 Personal Data

We collect minimal personal data (GitHub username, email) for account purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated translations may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before merging pull requests.

8.3 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All localization issues will be detected
• AI fixes will be 100% accurate

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Changes to Terms
